Does Phoneseva offer protection against lost and stolen?
Unfortunately, not at this time. We don’t have any resources to verify lost and stolen cases. But we will plan it for future for sure.
How to Activate my plan?
After successful purchase of the plan, you will be redirected to the plan activation page where you can submit required information to activate your plan. You can read this guide to get started.
What all information do I need to activate my plan?
You will need to submit:
► Your Name, Phone number, Email id, Address
► Invoice (optional), Date of purchase, Device Purchase Amount, IMEI Number, Device 30 Sec Video, And Screenshot displaying IMEI number

My Phone is already damaged. Will it be covered?
Unfortunately, phones already broken or damaged are not eligible for our protection plan. We recommend you to get your phone repaired from authorized repair store before you purchase protection plan from us.
Can I buy protection for old phone?
Yes, we offer mobile protection plans for new and old phones. Your phone should not be older than 6 months from the date of purchase.
Do I need to upload invoice for activation?
No, you don’t have to upload invoice. However, if you have purchased the phone within last 24-48 hours we highly recommend you to upload it as it helps us deliver faster plan activation.
My phone is broken. How do I claim repair?
You can easily file a claim through your online account or you can simply visit our Claim Page here to get started.
How much time does it take to repair my device?
Assuming spare part is in stock, we promise a service of 5 Day Repair once claim is approved.
When do I get replacement for my device?
When repair cost is not feasible or spare parts are not available, we may offer you a replacement for your device. Replacement can be refurbished or brand new at our discretion.
Do I need to pay any fee to claim repair?
Absolutely No, everything is covered in your initial payment. We don’t ask any processing fee.
