This document covers refund handling on our following services:

  • Smartphone Protection Plans (Total Pro & Screen Pro)

1.General Refund Policy

If you’ve changed your mind, and you no longer wish to continue with any of mobile phone protection service that we offer at, you have the right to request refund and return purchase made from our website ( within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Our refund policy apply to all purchases except:

i) Customers who try to falsify their activation by providing misleading phone details.

ii) Customers who filed claim for their activated plan.

iii) Customers who have availed repair service once after activation of the plan.

If you want to cancel services after 14 days, we will refund your plan on following criteria:

Please note this is not an exhaustive list. Refunds are provided at our sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis.

2. Sales Tax Refund Policy

(a) GST Tax on your purchases are non refundable if you are not registered for GST Tax.

(b) If you’ve been charged GST Tax on your purchase and are registered for GST Tax in the country of purchase, you may be entitled to a refund of the GST Tax amount if permitted by the laws.

3. How Long it Takes to Process refund?

Once your refund is issued it can take between 3-5 working days (depending on the payment method you used at checkout) for the refund to be credited to your account.

If you do not receive refund within time frame, you can contact us and will will look into the issue.

4. How Do I Request Refund?
